Information
Hey there, I'm ShadowHunteR!

In This Guide, we will look at and Explain Fleet Command. From basics such as Upgrading Command to advanced things such as Upgrading Super Equipment. This Guide shall explain these and More in Sections.
 • Level 1-15
 • Level 15-20
 • Level 20-30+
If you want to have more information for some sections, you can find it in my Collection
HERE: https://forum.movga.com/showthread.php?t...20#pid3620

The Basics: Functions unlocked at Level 1-15

Command level:

Obliviously, if you'll want more power and a bigger fleet, you should, when you level up, also upgrade your Command level! The Beginner's tutorial shows where you can upgrade your Command Level -Click on your Profile, then check 'Command'-

Upgrading your Command Level lets you deploy more ships per slot, which is crucial for Fleet power and number growth. It is also one of the best ways to increase your power in the early and a few later stages in the game and boosts your power up! You'll use Command books to do that, and after every upgrade the Succes chance decreases. This will make your next Command Upgrade less likely to succeed. At some point, the Succes Chance is so low it will be too costly as it might use up all your Command Books. When that happens, take it easy and just attempt an upgrade a few times per day so as to keep enough Command Books left over for other functions.

NOTE: So although you Techincally just need 1 Command Book per Upgrade, you might need to use more when you keep upgrading your Command.

Skill level:

The Skill Level is one of the most important ways to improve Fleet Power, and Player Power.

Click your Profile, and go to 'Skill' to see and upgrade your Skills.

Each upgrade needs Honor Medals, and you will need more for every upgrade. Each upgrade will give you +1% Extra Health, Armor, and so on. These buffs are permanent, and will be very important later on, how small the buffs seem at first. Each upgrade will increase Player Power, but, in Particular, the four most important Skills will give more power than others. It is recommended to max these first and then focus on the others. The Most important skills are:

 • Accuracy
 • Agility
 • Critical
 • Armor
The other skills will provide Extra Attack and Health to your fleet.

Prosperity: This is, as the name says, The Amount of Prosperity, or Wealth there is in your base. When you have enouggh Prosperty you will be rewarded with extra Units:

Per 500 prosperity, you get 5 Units extra.

But, i may now know what Prosperity is...What i do not yet know...How to increase it?
Yes. To Explain that, we Will divide your buildings into Two Sections:
 • Type I Buildings: Command Center, Research Facility,  Highest lv Warehouse, Refit Factory, Highest lv Shipyard, Rare Earth Mine, Highest lv Oil, Iron, Aluminium and Titanium Mines.
 • Type II Buildings: Lower lv Warehouse, Lower lv Shipyard, Lower Level Oil, Iron, Aluminium and Titanium Mines.
Upgrading Type I Buildings will grant you 5 extra Prosperity per upgrade.
Upgrading Type II Buildings will not grant you any Prosperity.

Prosperity can not be Protected like Rescources in a Warehouse, So:
When you are Attacked succesfully, your Prosperity decreases by 50%, and with every Succesful Attack it will keep decreasing until a Very small amount is left. The same ratio is here too when you lose Prosperity:

Per lost 500 Prosperity, You lose 5 Units per Slot.

And of course, when you Defend an Attack succesfully you will not lose any prosperity Smile
But Don't be worried. Your Prosperity will Regain over Time, which can be done in the following ways:
 • You can simply wait untill Prosperity has regenerated
 • You can Mine or loot Rescources to greatly increase regeneration speed
 • Or You can buy the amount of Prosperity needed with Diamonds
Fun Fact: You can get an extra 10% of Prosperity, even if it has reached the current limit, by Mining. This extra 10% can not be bought. And once your prosperity has reached, at the very most, 110%, you will not be able to get any more with Mining or Diamonds until you upgrade a Type I building.

Building Ships:

You would probably be thinking; Hey, I would get more power if I built more ships, right? Yes, but beware: Building ships will only give more power if the ships built add up to your main fleet's power.

Your Main fleet is the Fleet that appears when you click the 'Max' Button. Your strongest combination of Ships, Officers, and Super Equipment will appear in the slots. And, Let's say you are able to deploy 100 ships per slot, your main Fleet consists out of:
 • 370 Heavy Battleships
 • 600 Medium  Battleships.  We will assume each slot can hold 200 ships.
The Heavy Battlehips, being the strongest, will be put in slot 1 and 2. Slots 3-6 will be filled with the Heavy Battleships. One is full, the other can still hold 30 more ships.

Let’s say slots 3-6, filled with Medium Battleships, are full. Because of that,  you will not be able to get any increase of power whatsoever, even if you build thousands of Medium BB's. The only option left is to get more Heavy BB's.

Because one slot is just filled with  170 of the maximum of 200 ships, you can get a power increase for the next 30 Heavy BB's, until the slot is filled up completely. But if you keep on building Heavy BB's, they will start, at some point, replacing the weaker Medium BB's, thus increasing your power during the process. This goes on and on when you grow stronger and stronger.

So don't try to build thousands and thousands of weaker class ships, it won't change anything of your battle power, but keep on building your most advanced ship you have in your shipyard and, if the Ship Type is strong enough, you'll get a little power boost for every ship, which contributes to your main Fleet!

Tasks:

When you have just started, its important to check your tasks reguraly. Completing them will earn you lots of rescources, EXP, and more! There are also Daily Tasks. For each task you complete, you earn activity, and if you have enough, you can earn Activity chests filled with great rewards! The daily tasks are:
 • Complete two misions. Earns you 10 activity, unlocked from start.
 • Attack One Supply Line mission. Earns you 10 Activity, Supply Line is unlocked from Level 8 onwards.
 • Attack three times in the Militairy Exercise. Earns you 10 Activity. Militairy Exercise unlocks from lv10.

Missions:

When you are new, playing the Misssions is crucial, as you will earn lots of EXP and you will be able to complete many main tasks by playing the first chapter. But take care, Once you start losing ships, take a break from the Campaign to get a bit stronger, before continuing. This tactic will prevent you from losing many precious ships, rescources, and energy.

NOTE: There is a chance to get Honor Medals or Small Officer EXP Books when completing a mission. You can also recieve rewards once you have a certain amount of Stars in the Chapter. Completing a chapter may give you a small but permanent buff, which can be upgraded when completing later chapters.

Story Mode/Hard Missions, are a harder version of the Normal Missions, and have specific Unlocking conditions, which you can see when clicking the Chapter image. Each chapter consists of 3 levels, and there is a  limited amount of Levels you can play before needing to buy more with Diamonds, or wait until the next day before continuing. Completing Hard Missions will earn you More EXP and Reputation, and can give you good bonus rewards at the end of each chapter, including accesory items and Special Ships

Technology researching:

The Rescearch Center is where you Rescearch Technology to increase your Rescource Production, Battle attributes, Warehouse Storage, and More.

The two main types of Technologies are the Economic and Battle Technologies.

Economic Technologies focus on your Rescource Production. Upgrading them increases production of a Rescource by 5% per level

Battle Technologies focus on your Attack and HP attributes. You can increase those two 5% per upgrade, though Attack and HP Technologies are two seperate ones which both need to be upgraded on each ship type.

Costs for upgrading may become so high that you won't be able to afford it. When this happens, also with Ship Production or general building upgrades, focus on upgrading your mines for  a higher production output which can cover your costs for the time being.

Accesory upgrades and Refits:

When you  reach lv 8, you will unlock the Supply Line Missions and the Accesory Workshop. You can find the Supply Line in the Warfare Center. Here, you unlock and Battle various fleets, which will get stronger and stronger every mission. The Rewards will also get better. When you complete a Mission, you can get Accesories, Accesory Shards, and stuff which will later be needed to Refit Accesory

What to do with the stuff? You may ask that yourself when you are new. Now, we get to the Accesory Workshop. Here, you collect, equip, upgrade and Refit Accesories for your ships. You can equip the Accesories you've earned in slots. Eight slots per ship type, Four ship types are available. And there are four types of Accesory:
 • Basic (Green)
 • Elite (Blue)
 • Advanced (Purple)
 • High-Tech (Orange)
Each accesory has it's own specific slot, too. Upgrade and Refit costs depend on the Quality of the Accesory too. Decomposing an Accesory will give you some of the Earth used for any upgrading back, some of the stuff used for any Refits, and some Crystals, depending on Accesory and Quality. These can be used to buy Accesory Chests.

When you have an Accesory which can be equipped, or is stronger than another one already equipped, you will see a small red mark. After Equipping the Accesories, you can upgrade them using Rare Earth. It is recommended to keep all your Accesories at the same level as your own Player Level for the Maximum Attribute increase every Accesory provides.

NOTE: After every few Accesory Upgrades, the Succes Chance will decrease, just like with the Command Level. But, here that can be countered using Toolkits earned in, mostly, the Legion War. These increase the Succes Chance with 5% every Toolkit. Also, Mainly focus on the Accesories which have effect on the Ship Types commonly used in your Fleet, in my case, Submarines. But don't forget the others!

Refitting:
When you have enough stuff, You can begin Refitting Accesories too. You can see how much and what you need after clicking 'Refit'. The stuff which you will need can be earned via the Supply Line Missions, Wars, and certain Events. When you Refit Equipment, this will give you some power and increase the Attributes of the Equipment, but will decrease it's level, which is not a big problem in my opinion. After each Refit, the costs will increase.

Shards:
Accesory Shards, are pieces of an Accesory. Shards are a possible reward for completing a Supply Line Mission. You can also get them from Events, or from opening chests which are bought with Crystals earned in the Fourth Dimensional War, and with Decomposing Accesories. You will need to collect a certain amount of Shards, depending on the Shard Quality. Once you've done that, you will be able to Combine the Shards to make a Completed Accesory, ready to be equipped.

Refining:
For Advanced and High-Tech Accesories, there is a Refine Function. Here you spend Oil to Increase your Refine Strength and, at the same time, Battle Attributes. These can be increased up to a certain level with the Refine Engineer. When the Attribute bonuses are increased to a certain level it unlocks an extra bonus on top of that as a reward. Refining is costly though. Use your Oil wisely. It is one of the most important Rescources and at the same time, the rarest one.

NOTE: There is a Unique Shard, the General Shard. These are rare Shards which can be used as a Shard for Any accesory, and is also needed for the Breaktrough Proccess. They can be obtained in Events, and in the Interserver, WWC Shop.

Breaktrough:
There is a unique button for Advanced Accesory: Breaktrough. You must get the Items needed, and High Tech Quality Shards of the Accesory. Once this has been done, you can upgrade Advanced Accesories to High Tech. Do note that, even if you have all the stuff needed, you will need to have, at least, Refit level 5 on the Accesory (5x Refitted).

Recently, Breaktrough option is available for all types of Acceosries. You only require General Shards for this and you can Breaktrough at any Refit level. But, using Breaktrough will reset your Accesory and Refit level. Though it will increase your Accesory quality to the next level.

NOTE: Most items needed for Breaktroughs are hard to obtain: Usually bought with Points in the Interserver, Legion Interserver and WWC shop. Sometimes they can be earned in Events, too.

Shop:
Here you can use Crystals, mostly earned in the Fourth Dimensional War and Decomposing Accesories and Shard, to buy Accesory Chests containing rare Shards, Refitting stuffs, and more. There are three types of Crystals:
 • Basic
 • Elite
 • Advanced
NOTE: Sometimes you will also need to pay Diamonds to buy spefific stuff. And, if i'm correct, Accesories for Slots 5-8 are not obtainable in Supply Line. Combining them using Shards from the Accesory Shop is crucial to earn those Accesories.

Naval Matrix

In this Recently added building, you can deploy Naval Teams in slots representing the slots you use for your fleet. Each of these Naval Teams will give small attributes to the slot on which it is stationed, and so will Also make your fleet stronger. To get Naval Teams, you'll have to Recruit them. There are two types of recruitment:

 • Common Recruitment
 • Can get you: Basic(Grey), Common(Green), Elite(Blue) Naval Teams, or 100-1000 NT-EXP
 • Price: You can get a Free Recruit every hour. These free recruits can be stacked up to 5 times. After you've used those, a Recruiment will cost 20 Diamonds.

 • Advanced Recruitment
 • Can get you: Common(Green), Elite(Blue), Advanced (Purple), or 500-5000 NT-EXP
 • Price: You can get One free recruitment every two days. They can't be stacked. After you've used it a single recruitment will cost 200 diamonds, and 10 recruits 1900. You'll get a Advanced Naval team for sure after using advanced Recruitment 10 times.

NT-EXP, is needed to upgrade your Naval Teams, you can get it by:

 • Recruiting (above)
 • Dismiss of Naval Teams
 • after clearing a chapter in Missions

Once you equip a certain amount of a certain quality Naval Team, You can activate the Matrix Co-effect.

 • Equipped 2 Elite Naval Teams in same slot: +1% to all attributes
 • Equipped 4 Elite Naval Teams in same slot: +3% to all Attributes
 • Equipped 2 Advanced Naval Teams in same slot: +2% to all attributes
 • Equipped 4 Advanced Naval Teams in same slot: +6% to all attributes

Remember, Naval Matrix can increase both Fleet Battle power and Player Power. So certainly check this new building out!

Legions:

When your Command Center Reaches lv 5, you will unlock the Legion Function. Here you:
 •  Create a Legion. Click 'Create Legion' and start recruiting!
 • Join a Legion. Check the list, and if you find a cool legion, join it! Do check if you meet any Requirements. Sometimes, you may also have to Apply first.
When you first Create or Join a Legion, you will recieve 5 Command Books as a small reward.
Creating a legion will cost 500k of each rescource, or 50 Diamonds. You can create it's own, unique flag for Free, while later changes will cost 200 Diamonds.

I personally recommend joining a legion if you’re relatively inexperienced or if the server is already a few weeks old. It’s much more useful to join a succesful legion rather than to try to be in charge of one when you’re the only member. Once you’re more experienced, try to create your own legion on another server. You’ll have ups and downs, but your leadership skills and behavior are crucial to succes of your legion. Nobody wants a leader who yells at everyone.

It is expected from you and others that you support the legion. You can do this in the following ways:
 • Donate resources or Diamonds to Upgrade Legion Technology. Donating will be beneficial to both the legion and yourself. You earn various rewards such as Honor Medals, Legion Contribution and Reputation when donating. Keep an eye on which Technologies need to be focused on. Some are more useful than others.
 • Complete Legion Instance/Dungeon missions. These are a series of missions where enemies are much, much tougher than usual. Usually a combined effort from the legion is most effective in these missions. You can earn Honor Medals, Activity, and Legion Contribution from completing each level, as well as a chance for better rewards when defeating the boss of a chapter.  The very last chapter includes Poseidon, who is very hard to defeat. But you can earn rewards from just attacking. Sometimes you’ll need to use Legion Contribution to unlock rewards.
 • Use your contribution in the Shop.  You can use the Legion Contribution, also earned by participating in Legion and Regional Wars, to buy many useful and rare items in the Legion Shop. Each purchase gains you Activity (which you also obtain doing the things mentioned above) , which in turn helps level up the activity level of the legion

Officers:

From Player Level 20,  you can recruit officers. Officers command your ships and give them buffs and skills to help in battle. You can use Officers  EXP Books to upgrade their level wich will give you some power. You can also use Elite and Honor medals -and some books, depends on skill- to upgrade that skill. Its gonna be very hard to fully upgrade the skill, so I recommend to keep it at lv5-10because most officer skills are combined with the others in battle, and when your officer has reached max level,  you can do a breakthrough (upgrading their Rank, max is 5 stars, and an 5 Star Officer can transform their souls into Iron Crosses to upgrade a 5th Skill, which can be changed.) Which will give extra power and increase the Buffs provided by the Officer.

NOTE: to get extra souls except from recruiting, do the daily General Maneuver task. Some Events also give you Officers or Souls.

Super Equipment:

When you progress, you unlock the Equipment Factory. Super Equipment gives your whole fleet a certain buff, and higher quality also has a skill and gives you more ships per slot. There are 5 types of Equipment:

 • Basic
 • General
 • Elite
 • Advanced
 • Epic
The higher the type of equipment, the higher the buff. When you Enhance Equipment, you do use diamonds, but you get a type of equipment from the higher type which  is crucial in battle and if you want to get Advanced  and Epic Equipment. When you've collected enough Honor medals and Equipment components, you can upgrade the equipment, wich will improve their buff and skill, and it will let you have more ships per slot. Do note that upgrading only works with advanced and Epic equipments

Alien technology:

Unlocked at lv15, here you progress along a line of a ship type, starting from the weakest ship and finally ending at the Red ships. You upgrade and progress trough the line by using Crystal Rock and Dust, together with Lubricants, Stabilizors and Catalizors.

Crystal Rock and Dust can be mined:
Crystal Dust can be mined from a normal Mine (Red)
Crystal Rock can only be Mined from Special Mines. Stay on a Normal Mine for a certain amount of time, and it will change color. Now you can mine Crystal Rock.

Lubricants, Stabilizors and Catalizors can be Recieved from Legion Members and players in your Friends List. Limit is 10 gifts per day. You can also send gifts back.

NOTE: There is a Mining Limit on Crystal Rock and Dust. This limit will increase every level up, but will block Dust and Rock which is mined while the limit has been reached. Limit resets at 00:00 every day.

Also recommended to do:

 • do the Daily Expedition Force to get Rare Earth and buy things with points in the Expedition Shop, you battle other players with your whole fleet, but you don't lose ships! You can reset it each day though, which many forget to do.

 • Join a legion And do all the daily things like upgrading technology, and Legion Instance. Donate some rescources and it will make Buffs stronger that affect ALL legion members. In legion Instance the enemies are much harder to beat, with the Boss, Basilosaurus in the last chapter. When in  a legion you can Attack Pirates, and Join LEgion and Regional wars!
 • Fight in Legion and Region wars to earn epic rewards. In legion War you fight on one of 4 battle arenas. Depending on the arena, and you'll receive rewards for winning, and activity rewards. So do your best, but don't deploy maximum fleet. Use ships that don't affect your power and main fleet battle power.  And in regional wars it is the same, but then you work together, or fight with 3 other legions to defeat the legion occupying the Capital Port. Again you can get many ships and rewards.
 • Play the 4th Dimension War to earn Crystals with which you can buy Accesory chests with in the Accesory workshop. You choose a fleet, preferably a weak  one, to save ships, and then try to survive as long as possible, when you die, you enter The Dead Mode, and your goal is to hinder the Survivors as much as possible. Dead players also have a unique buff for their fleet. If you get defeated in Dead Mode, Game over.
 • At last: Play the Daily Poseidon event to get Officer EXP books and more! It is accessible from level 20, and you all fight together to defeat Poseidon.  You don't lose ships,  so try to do that daily for EXP books. In some cases, when you get into the Damage Ranking, or destroy a Turret or Poseidon, you can get extra EXP Books, Officer Souls or even Medals.
That was it. If:
 • You have a Question
 • Spotted A Mistake
 • Thought Something was unclear
 • You have suggestions for another Guide
 • Or just want to say Thanks
Feel Free to do so in a Comment!

Cheers!

Ah yes. The accesory upgrading.

-You can upgrade accessories until it has reached the same lever as your player level. This gives extra power.
-Toolbox will be able to increase the succes rate of accessories by 5% each box. Don't waste them..
-when you Refit accesories, their level will decrease by 3; that's what decreases power..but it does give a  extra boost in the buff the accessories has effect on. But anyways just upgrade the accesory you refitted and everything will be normal again

I hope this will help Smile

So, please edit this section in да?
