Привет товарищи! Я Иван. Вот мой предложения для флота )))
-English: Hey Comrades. I'm Ivan. Hey These are my suggestions for Fleet command )))

I: Grammar, Optimization of the game, even though the Grammar issue is slowly being dealt with, there are still at least 3 dozen of mistakes in the game. Focus the next few updates on optimizing the game and correcting grammar, as well as the addition of the remaining two buildings under construction.

II: The Recently added Naval Matrix is now called "Camp" in the Base and Matrix interface. Please rename it to "Naval Matrix", "Dismiss" to "Decompose" and "Camp" (the place were all unequipped Naval Teams are kept) to "Warehouse"

III: Addition of Engine Upgrade boosters instead of the Spend Diamonds to immediately strike system. Now the big spenders and millionaires just use that function to ride so much in military exploit, crushing the enemy before they can react, which unbalances the Military Exploits ranking. So this is my idea:
-Name: Small Engine Upgrade
Effect: Takes 15 minutes off Sailing Time
Cost: 20 diamonds
Cool down: 5 minutes
-Name: Medium Engine Upgrade
Effect: Takes 35 minutes off Sailing time
Cost: 45 diamonds
Cool down: 10 minutes
-Name: Large Engine Upgrade
Effect: Takes 50 Minutes off Sailing time
Cost: 65 diamonds
Cool down: 15 minutes
-Name: Special Engine Upgrade
Effect: Takes 1 hour 20 minutes off Sailing time
Cost: Event only
Cool down: 25 minutes

The reason that the Diamond cost is higher than the minutes of acceleration and the Cooldown function is to balance the thing, preventing the spenders from using multiple Engine upgrades in a row and giving the player some time to react. Please really consider this part movga as the current system is too broken and misused by big spenders.

That's this Ivan's suggestions :-P

If you've voted "Yes, but the Engine Upgrade idea needs reworking " please tell me what can be improved with it...

I would "take time" away. I would just introduce more speed up options for diamonds: 200 % and 400 %. This would make it at least a bit more fair and predictable.

There should NEVER be an option to strike instantly.

Hmm..it's just that those things already exist..Speedup and haste..but still, you have got a point there...big spenders (again) could use the Large engine upgrade to still instantly attack...

But yea i guess you are right with the "there should NEVER be an option to strike instantly"....I agree lol

Grammar we continue to work on. The Naval Matrix I agree. Speed Bosts, I suppose depends on your point of view. I bet i could find an even number of players for and against that.

I am for the current version of instant speeding with diamonds. There are strategies to counteract this.

I guess Ruediger is thinking about not having ressources left over in base.
That way nobody is gonna attack you, all right, but that´s not the point.

Ruediger: IF you sit on a mine, you´ll never notice if and when somebody has found you. And even if you are online the very second somebody attacks you, there´s nothing you can do about being wrecked if somebody uses diamonds to attack in an instant - you´ll just get the crash report and start looking for some earth mine.

the current poll that is open is very misleading and most likely will give multiple understanding. a more suitable approach would be to have simply a yes or no to the question of "do you think the current accelerate function of attacking mines is suitable"?

would be nice to see a more clear overview of peoples opinions

wilson, as far as I followed various discussions most people don´t mind the possibility of speeding up using gems. they just mind the lacking possibility to react, so what i´ve read so far most people would vote for a 10-second-delay.
